A well-prepared home photographs faster and better

  • Put away personal items (photos, collections)
  • Clear everyday clutter (post, keys, chargers)
  • Minimal decoration, less is more
  • Tidy cupboards and storage (buyers open them)
  • Clean the windows, inside and out
  • Vacuum and mop the floors
  • Polish mirrors and shiny surfaces
  • Give bathrooms and kitchen extra attention

Living room

  • Arrange the cushions
  • Clear the coffee table
  • Hide the TV cables
  • Curtains open

Kitchen

  • Worktop completely clear
